Some of the courses we offer are as follows:
In the agri-food industry. This training focuses on the food industry, as well as on the responsibilities and legal requirements that have to be kept in mind and implemented in all facilities, equipment and personnel dedicated to food production. All of this with the purpose of minimising and eliminating hygienic-sanitary risks present in processes involving manipulation, production and packaging of food products.
And Food Safety tailored to each industry (meat, dairy, ready-made food, fish…). A short course that aims for everyone who has direct contact with food products to acquire the necessary food hygiene knowledge to reduce the risk of intoxication and allergies, or intolerance.
Hazard analysis and critical control points. Training targeted at understanding and being aware of the mandatory document (as per Spanish Royal Decree 640/2006) for food companies, which outlines an analysis of the hazards and control critical points that allow for reducing the probabilities of food poisoning.
